In May 2020, I joined the team as a Social Prescribing Link Worker for North Rushcliffe - keen to use my own personal lived experience to help others make positive changes and manage their mental health.

I have a background of academic achievement with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Psychology, as well as, previous experience supporting others as a Wellbeing Mentor and Research Assistant developing Compassion Focused Therapies.

I like to maintain an active, busy lifestyle and enjoy going to the gym!
