Nikki Lucas is the Operations Manager for PartnersHealth and is based at Easthorpe House in Ruddington.  Before coming to join PartnersHealth she spent the last 8 years working in secondary care, most recently as a Project Manager (having gained PRINCE2 Practioner), she really enjoyed the variety of mobilising a wide range of projects. Prior to this Nikki worked in the financial service sector and is a fully qualified mortgage and financial adviser.

Nikki is married with 2 children, but she manages to find the time to be a Rainbow and Brownie Leader, she is also a Section Commissioner for Girlguiding in West Bridgford.
